Insurance we accept (Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Oxford, UnitedHealthcare) covers the visit and lab tests. Rapid tests are always paid by you, with no visit fee. Prices below are without insurance: the $90 visit fee is once per visit, not per test.
