IF WE DO NOT ACCEPT YOUR HEALTH INSURANCE
We accept some but not all health insurance plans. If you have health insurance that we don’t
accept, your office visit will cost $90 if you pay with a
credit card or $84 if you pay cash. Fees for all necessary tests
will be covered by your health insurance (even if we don’t accept it for office visit
charges) because we have contracts with big national labs (Quest, Northwell, Labcorp) and will
send your tests to a lab that is “in-network” for your health insurance.
