What is the best antibiotic for ureaplasma?

The antibiotic choice depends on the person’s age, area involved, and pregnancy status.

For nonpregnant adults and adolescents with genital ureaplasma, Doxycycline 100 mg twice a day for seven days is the medication of choice.
